Refund policy

Refunds
https://raimusounds.com may, but are under no obligation to, honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:

Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the mail or courier service, you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us. Depending on the price of the product, https://raimusounds.com may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the missing item;

Products (vinyls) are delivered damaged: Due to an issue with the mail or courier service, you received the content of your package damaged. https://raimusounds.com may require you to first submit visual proof that the items are damaged and, on a case to case basis refunding the order or sending a replacement item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to their nature or for other reasons and their sales are FINAL: 

  • perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),
  • sample, preset packs, racks & templates
  • vinyl sales

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that I can see if I can sort it out!

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order (at your own expenses) within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
